  • Education and Support. Training your users is vital to ensuring that your company is receiving maximum benefit from your technology investments. Mincron’s Education Services team provides comprehensive training in all facets of our software products.  We can utilize a “train-the-trainer” approach, we can train your entire company, or we can design a customized program to suit your company's needs. In every case, we provide intensive hands-on workshop instruction either in our classroom in Houston, or at a location of your choice. In addition, “virtual” classroom training is available over the Internet for refresher or modular training courses, allowing you to train users without incurring the normal travel costs associated with classroom training.

Mincron's customer support includes full 24 hours, seven (7) days assistance by experienced and knowledgeable support representatives, who are responsible for ensuring your overall customer satisfaction. They answer software questions, troubleshoot, coordinate requests with other departments and update you on the status of your projects as well. We consider the CSR position to be that of a “customer advocate” bringing your questions, concerns, and requests to the proper Mincron personnel.
